There are many different types of bread which are prepared and cooked in different ways.

Chapatis are roasted
Parathas are fried
Nans are oven baked

Investigate the ingredients and cooking methods of these breads.

Split the class into three groups, each group makes one of the breads.

Have a tasting session.
Evaluate the breads.
