Explore - Eden Project, Cornwall

The Eden Project, opened in 2001, exhibits the relationship between humans and plants. Over 100,000 plants from 5000 different species are displayed in and around two climatic biomes.

Within these two giant greenhouses, the Eden Project is able to showcase both humid tropic and temperate climatic zones. The humid tropic biome houses plants from all over the Indian sub-continent and beyond. Banana, rubber, coconut, teak, mahogany and coffee are just a few of the fascinating plants you will find here.
