Palm House Zone

Although perhaps dominated by Kew's most famous building, the area around the Palm House is home to many other important Kew features.

The Rose Garden and Waterlily House are classic sites, as are the Woodland Garden and the Palm House Terrace, home to wonderful seasonal bedding displays.

Beyond the Terrace, and across the Palm House Pond, the historic Museum No 1 is now home to fascinating Plants+People interactive displays, while the Victoria Gate Centre is a more recent hive of activity, combining an entrance to the Gardens with a popular refreshment area and the main shop.
