Description
Herb, procumbent, small, slender, young parts with appressed hairs. Leaves opposite, 6-9 mm long, oblong or obovate, simple, apex obtuse, base cunate; petiole 6-9 mm long. Flower irregulars, solitary, nearly sessile, axillary. Involucres densely pilose <6 mm long, comprised of four segments. Calyx five lobes, small, deltoid. Corolla with long narrowly funnel-shaped tube as long as involucre, upper lip arching , lower deflexed and three lobed. Stamens 2. Ovary inferior, two celled. Fruit capsule four-seeded.
