Chillies are easy to grow but do best in a warm climate. Many make great pot plants, and you can easily grow them from seed if you have a bright sunny spot.

They like to be kept well watered, and need feeding once their fruit appears. Use a liquid nitrogen fertiliser every other time you water to maximise the fruit yield.
