Description:

Black feathers which in the sunlight have a beautiful iridescent purple and green sheen. Starlings are very sociable, especially at night when they roost in big flocks. Starlings use their long pointed beak to search for earthworms and other 'creepy crawlies' in the grass and leaf litter.
