Children's Project Work

Children researched their chosen plant or animal, and compiled the information into fact books.

	Laurence Mitchell, Luke Jacob, Sophie Aukett A selection of factbooks. They are bound in different ways. Laurence bound it with ribbon at the spine, Luke used staples, Sophie used raffia through punched holes.
	Lizzy Pedley The ringbinder and plastic covers gives a very professional look.
	Emily Leitch Emily used a picture from a magazine for her front cover.
	Florence Collenette Florence chose a colour of ribbon that matched the orange on the kingfisher.
	Gregory Simon Simon made a drawing for the front cover of his factbook.
	Florence Collenette Children included the life cycle of their creature, and a food chain.
	Conrad Barrington Children were asked to find interesting facts about their chosen organism.
	Emily Leitch Children had to think of a food chain that involved their organism.
	Emily Leitch Emily described the parts of a bee, and illustrated this with a picture.
	Lindsay Stewart As part of their research for the factbooks, children were asked to define biodiversity, and to think about conservation issues that might relate to their creature.
