Overview
The one-year Kew Traineeship aims to teach the highest standards of professional horticultural practice, through a programme of work experience and training within the Gardens at Kew.
A Kew Trainee will gain work experience in one of the three Horticultural Sections: Arboretum & Horticultural Services, Great Glasshouses & Training, or Hardy Display. As part of this work experience, on-the-job training will be arranged and delivered by garden managers and trainers, with a focus on practical skills using real tasks.
