Students at Wakehurst Place

Wakehurst

Bring your students to Wakehurst and use 188 hectares of country estate in West Sussex as your classroom for the day.

On our estate you will find amazing ornamental gardens, temperate woodlands, wetlands and an Elizabethan Mansion. You can also visit Kew's Millennium Seed Bank to see scientists at work and discover how Kew is helping to safeguard the world's most endangered plants.

Wakehurst offers a series of curriculum-linked school visit programmes. Each visit is planned in detail to meet your requirements. We cater for every age group, from students at nursery school through to students at university.
