Jeff Eden
Jeff is a New Zealand-born, award winning photographer, based in London. He is largely self-taught, having drawn on his skills as a professional graphic designer, and from a desire to record his travels to remote and unusual places. Recent trips have included isolated regions of Ladakh in Northern India, Cambodia and the Namibian desert. Jeff won the prestigious Garden Photographers’ Association international photography award in 2005. The gardens at Kew are one of his favourite subjects, and his photography can be seen in the new BBC book The World of Kew, published to accompany the latest BBC television series about the Gardens, A New Year at Kew.
“Kew is a fantastic place for photography. Its unique landscape of plants and architecture, and the changing seasons, provides me with constant inspiration.”
