James Morley

James MorleyJames is a botanist by training and works as Kew's website manager. Having reached the heady heights of photography O-level in the 1980s, it's only in the last five years that James has picked up a camera once again. It is no surprise that his work can regularly be seen on the Kew website, but his pictures have also been used in a variety of publications and in Kew's shops. More of his work, at Kew and elsewhere, can be seen on James's personal website at www.catchingtherain.com.

Working at Kew affords me many opportunities, and in my photography I aim to capture the ever-changing moods of the Gardens, with a particular focus on the intimate details of Kew's unrivalled plant diversity.
