Kew magazine photography

The Kew Magazine Photography exhibition in teh Nash Conservatory at KewSince its first issue 16 years ago, Kew magazine has enjoyed a reputation for the beauty and excellence of its images. Kew’s plant hunters, ecologists, botanists and horticulturists contribute photographs of far-flung places and remarkable plant portraits taken during the course of their work. We also commission some of the country’s top photographers to record Kew’s work especially for the magazine.

All the photographers play a vital role in promoting and explaining Kew’s mission to inspire and deliver plant conservation worldwide. Their stunning pictures transport us to remote islands, rainforests and deserts or take us behind the scenes in Kew’s nurseries, laboratories, Seed Bank and Herbarium. They illuminate Kew’s heritage, conservation, education and scientific work, and focus on plants from orchids and spring bulbs to venerable trees and exotic rarities.

We hope you enjoy this opportunity to see some of Kew magazine’s photographs in their full glory and through them discover more about Kew.
