Henry Moore wanted his monumental sculptures to be seen within landscapes. To this end, The Henry Moore Foundation sends them all over the world. These photographs show Moore sculptures in a range of dramatic locations.
Here at Kew, we have positioned them so that you can appreciate the sculpture as part of our spectacular views.
Try going to Pagoda Vista where you can see the Pagoda in one direction and Large Upright Internal/External Form in another, or stand outside Museum No.1 where you will see Large Totem Head and a beautiful view of the Palm House.
Or to the Broad Walk near the Orangery, where you can see Double Oval in one direction and Hill Arches in another. Finally, you can stand in the Rose Garden, where you will see Draped Reclining Figure and a beautiful view of Oval With Points on Syon Vista.
