Installing Moore

Watch how these enormous sculptures were brought to Kew.

Henry Moore had a fascinating working practice: it began with sketches and small models of found objects like bones, seeds, bark and stone. Later, he would work the models up into larger and larger forms. Moore at Work explains.

Moore would have found plenty to inspire him in Kew's plants and seeds, and today both artists and scientists work onsite to interpret these intricate shapes. We talk to two of them in Natural Forms.

Henry Moore had a lifelong love affair with landscape, and loved to see his larger sculptures installed in the open air. Moore and Landscape places his work in a global setting.

How do you create mobile exhibitions of such enormous sculptures? Installing Moore tells the story.
