Ice Skating at Kew
Sun 25 November 2007 – Sun 6 January 2008 The Kew Ice Rink returns after huge success last year. In the traditional majestic setting in front of the Temperate House, this mammoth 1000 square metre real-ice rink, with capacity for 250 people, is open for a six-week season from 25 November. This magnificent real-ice rink is accompanied by the Ice Rink Café, with warm drinks and festive snacks available, perfect for relaxing and watching the skaters. Sessions available 10am-10pm daily. For a special festive treat, why not purchase a Joint Gardens and Skating Ticket for just £16 adults, £14.50 concessions, to enjoy Christmas at Kew and the Henry Moore Exhibition as well as taking a spin on the ice! Or skate in the evenings after the gardens have closed to enjoy the gardens in wintery darkness twinkling with lights, together with a warm mug of hot chocolate. The ice rink can be accessed from the Victoria Gate entrance to
Kew Gardens. Tickets can be bought
online, or by calling Ticketmaster on 08708 031725.
From the 25 November, tickets can also be purchased in person at
the Ice Rink Box Office at Victoria Gate from 9.30am – 9pm.
