Interactive Botanical Play Zone
At Kew's interactive play area children can learn about plants through play, by climbing into a plant to pollinate it, get ‘eaten’ by a giant pitcher plant, crawl through a bramble tangle..... and have a lot more fun while discovering the importance of plant and animal relationships.
During the winter months Climbers and Creepers offers shelter and lots of fun for children and is suitable for children aged 3-9.
Climbers and Creepers is open every day from 10.30am – 3.45pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst in Climbers and Creepers.
Christmas Activities
Dates: 1-9 December 2007, weekends only
15 December 2007 – 2 January 2008, daily

start at 2pm & 3pm

Come and join in the fun and games at Climbers and Creepers with 'Christmas for the Planet' - activities and games. Arts and craft activities include making natural wreaths, wrapping paper and table centrepieces using natural and recycled materials. Click here to download the full list of activities (.pdf).
Sessions last for 30 minutes and are bookable on the day with a member of staff. Sessions are suitable for children aged 3-9 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult during the activities, as they must be at all times whilst in Climbers and Creepers. All activities are FREE of charge.
