Opening Times
Gardens open at 9.30am every day

Until 9 February gardens close at 4.15pm, last admission 3.45pm.
From 10 February to 29 March, gardens close at 5.30pm
From 30 March, gardens close at 6.30pm on weekdays and 7.30pm at weekends

Glasshouses, Galleries and Climbers & Creepers close one hour before the gardens. 

Last entry to gardens half an hour before the gardens close.

Definitions
Adults: Aged 17-59 inclusive who are not eligible for concession tickets and not wheelchair-bound or otherwise eligible for free admission.

Concessions:
- Senior citizens (aged 60 or over)
- Students aged 17 or over in full-time education who can either produce a National Union of Students (NUS) or similar UK or overseas student card or whom the ticket officer can reasonably believe to be a sixth form or further education student.
- Long-term disabled who can produce a DSS letter or order book showing Invalidity Allowance, Disability Living - Allowance, Severe Disability Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
- Unemployed.
- Those who can produce a letter or orderbook showing they are in receipt of Family Credit.
- Those who can produce a letter, giro cheque or order book showing they are in receipt of Income Support.
- Special arrangements apply for school groups.

Re-admission policy
Visitors can leave and re-enter the gardens on the same day without further payment, providing that they keep their ticket and advise the Ticket Officer on exit.
