Kew Palace

Open 21 March - 28 September 2008

Kew PalaceKew Palace is central to understanding the relationship of George III, Queen Charlotte and their family with the Gardens they loved so much. Many of the features we enjoy are owed to them such as the Pagoda and 'Hollow Walk' now replanted as the Rhododendron Dell.

The Palace offers you the opportunity of finding out about the royal family's lives, interests and the intimacy of royal Kew.

After a meticulous restoration by Historic Royal Palaces, three floors are open to the public. Admire the Princesses' Dolls' House and other items owned by the family, discover their taste in decoration and, on the second floor, opening for the first time, learn about historic conservation.
