simply follow the instructions on the booking form page

you will be sent an email within 5 days to confirm that you have a booking. A confirmation pack will be sent to you by post within 7 working days of receipt of a signed payment form and payment
Please read the following before proceeding to the booking form:

the price is £40 per person, for both adults and children
-
one adult for up to four children
-
please do not book for children aged under 7 years
-
complete details for everyone in your party must be sent within 2 weeks of the event date
