Relationship with Kew - other departments
The schools education department is fortunate to be able to call upon
the help and expertise of our colleagues in all sections of Kew, from
horticultural staff in the plant nurseries and gardens, to colleagues
in the Herbarium, Jodrell and Visitor Services. The enthusiastic response
to our many varied and often strange requests enriches the activities
we are able to offer students of all ages and provides a unique and memorable
experience for our school visitors.
We also work closely with our sister site, Wakehurst Place in West Sussex
to share ideas and expertise so that our two very different sites work
together to promote excellence.
