The Snakeshead Fritillary carries nodding chequered bell-like flowers in purple and white, andt is one of the UK’s most delicate wild flowers. They grow to a height of 30cm and flower in April. Amidst the tranquil setting of the Bog Garden they provide a gentle reminder of springtime.
