The Sir Joseph Banks Building within Kew Gardens provides a perfect setting to host your wedding or private event.

This historic building is also home to Kew’s Economic Botany Collection and may be used for religious wedding ceremonies when hired in conjunction with the Orangery for the reception.

Impressive large windows within the venue overlook the surrounding lake at water level.

Entry to the venue is through the private Atrium entrance, which may be used to welcome guests. A nearby lawn area may be used for outdoor drinks and canapés.

Multiple Venue Hire Packages

Bespoke venue hire packages may be arranged across any combination of Kew’s portfolio of venues for guests who wish to utilise multiple event spaces within the Gardens. For guests who wish to host their entire wedding within the Gardens the 'multiple venue hire package' is ideal.

*Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months (April-September inclusive) the Sir Joseph Banks Building is not available for standalone hire.
