Events sales co-ordinator

Job title: Temporary Events Sales Co-ordinator

RBG Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.

We currently have an opportunity within our Events and Venue Hire Team for an Events Co-ordinator to support the sales of private events at Kew Gardens, including weddings and corporate hospitality. Your role will involve responding to initial inquiries and conducting show-rounds of venues delivering an excellent standard of customer service for the client and ensuring high standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of the sales process, as well as consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets.

Previous experience of events sales is desirable for this role, including the ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must.   

You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
