Royal Botanic Gardens Kew is the world-leader in plant diversity science, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a major visitor attraction, that shows the importance of plants in all our lives. Kew is uniquely placed to offer a range of learning environments that inspire and excite an interest in and curiosity about plants and fungi. Families are an important audience for us - they make up approximately 20% of current visitation and have been identified as an area of growth.

We are looking for a highly organised, creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Engagement and Interpretation Team, to deliver public programming that motivates families to visit and engages them with Kew’s mission through high-quality family learning activities and interpretation.

You will relish working across a range of projects and will bring new ideas and media for family learning.  You will have the confidence to advise staff at all levels to support family engagement through Kew’s communication channels. You will have experience of supporting freelancers, volunteers and external contractors.
