Working across Kew’s businesses, you will support all levels of the organisation by providing efficient forecasting, high quality reports and clear professional advice to maximise performance. You will analyse and review the business in both financial and non-financial measures and provide appropriate coaching and mentoring on budget management, policy and procedures and develop strong working relationships with senior managers and budget holders.

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with experience in preferably both the not for profit and commercial sectors. A proven background of management accounting including reporting, budgeting and forecasting will be essential along with significant experience of developing financial reporting systems and of implementing new procedures and policies. You will also need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to provide advice confidently and clearly to ensure managers can budget and manage their resources effectively.
