In this role you will lead a team of creative producers and editors to create content that achieves the greatest impact across various communication channels. Generating highly effective content is key to Kew’s marketing and communication activities, driving visitor numbers, enhancing visitor experiences, supporting membership and fundraising and raising awareness of the work we do. You will be responsible for delivering this via various outlets including Kew’s website, social media and our Kew Magazine.
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, you will be a natural leader in motivating a team to achieve high standards both collaboratively and individually. With commissioning experience across various platforms, you will have excellent editorial skills and judgement creating high quality digital content. A proven track record of developing websites, managing budgets, driving business growth and managing stakeholders is essential.
