RBG Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.

We currently have opportunities in our Events and Venue Hire Operations Team for reliable and highly motivated individuals to work flexible hours as required by the business. As Events Operations Assistant you will help ensure the smooth-running of a range of private events, taking place within the Gardens, including weddings. Helping to oversee and co-ordinate the logistics of the event and liaising closely with caterers and other contractors, you will deliver an excellent standard of customer service for the client and ensure high standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of the event.

If you have a flair for customer service, proven organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, then we would like to hear from you. A background in the delivery of events would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

You will be required to work weekends on a regular basis (approximately 3 to 4 days per month) and occasionally week nights. The standard timings would be from 12:30 – 20:30 hours, although these may vary slightly. The season commences from April and runs through to October although there may be some work past this date.
