JOB DETAILS:

The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is world renowned as a place of tranquil beauty, picturesque gardens and historic buildings with an emphasis on science, education and conservation. Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.

We currently have vacancies available in our retail shops for individuals able to work flexible hours as required by the business.  These positions are fixed term contracts running from mid-March until the beginning of July.

You will join the shop floor team working across our two main retail outlets in the gardens, actively selling a wide range of gifts and books to visitors and interacting with customers both face-to-face and on the telephone. You will help ensure our products are presented to the highest standards and deliver excellent customer service, enabling us to deliver maximum profit for Kew.  

You will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player, with excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.

 

CLOSING DATE: 5pm Friday 22nd February 2013

INTERVIEW DATE: Week commencing 4th March 2013
