JOB DETAILS:
The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (Kew) are seeking an experienced business analyst to join the Customer Relationship Management project team for a fixed-term contract of 51 weeks. Working with the CRM Project/Strategy Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business managers and CRM users at all levels to analyse Kew’s existing business processes, map data flows, develop detailed requirements statements and identify efficiencies.
The CRM project is part of the Technology Portfolio, which is one of the largest investments in IT that Kew has ever undertaken. The project will integrate many of the existing IT solutions across the business, as well as procure new solutions that will help deliver an improved customer experience and ambitious growth targets. The Senior Business Analyst role will be key to procuring the right solution including identifying the integrations required with existing systems and helping users identify the functionality required of new systems to deliver on the project objectives.
You will be responsible for forging and maintaining productive, strong working relationships with stakeholders and senior colleagues and be jointly responsible for successfully delivering sustainable change across all areas of the organisation. Working within a small team, you must be able to manage a busy workload and have a strong team ethic, with the ability to inspire commitment and provide leadership to others.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in delivering technical solutions based on business needs, ideally within the field of CRM. The ideal candidate would also have experience in working on projects that involve integrating CRM solutions with Point of Sale systems (retail, ticketing or similar) and finance systems. The ideal candidate will also hold a professional qualification or appropriate accreditation in business analysis. Experience of working within the charity, visitor attraction, travel or leisure sectors would be a significant advantage, as would experience with ticketing systems.
