Kew is the world-leader in plant diversity science, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a major visitor attraction, that shows the importance of plants in all our lives. Kew’s mission is to inspire and deliver science-based plant conservation worldwide, enhancing the quality of life. 

In this senior role within Kew’s marketing team, you will take ownership of the task of building Kew’s digital presence to maximise return on current channels and support the development of customer income revenue.  Working collaboratively with both the Marketing and Content and Media team, you will devise and deliver initiatives to develop and exploit opportunities to reach new and existing audiences through social media, online advertising, affiliate marketing and mobile channel marketing.

A strong leader with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns, you will need to have significant experience of growing online traffic and wide ranging knowledge of best practice in web design. Great writing and communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively will be essential along with excellent problem solving and decision making ability.

Salary will be £32,429 - £40,824 per annum pro rata, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include 30 days holiday per year, a choice of pensions, a flexible benefits scheme as well as a great working environment.
