Job Details

In this interesting and fulfilling role, you will take responsibility for Kew 's long-term Travel Trade Marketing Strategy and manage the Visitor Information team.

Working with the Head of Marketing, you will set annual targets for Travel Trade visits and plan and action promotional activity. This will include managing relationships with key trade clients, networking through industry events and producing trade specific marketing materials. You will also provide strategic leadership to the Visitor Information team, ensuring that enquiries and customer feedback/complaints are handled efficiently and effectively, and that appropriate visitor information signage is displayed.

Essentials:

A confident communicator, you will have a proven background in a sales and marketing environment, ideally within the travel trade or wider tourism industry, and possess specific customer service or marketing/sales qualifications. Strategic planning, budget management, customer service and leadership skills are vital, as is your ability to write professional letters, work with databases and collate reports.
