We have an exciting opportunity for a proven HR Generalist to partner one of our business areas. You will champion the HR Business Partner role and be part of the wider Kew HR team to ensure HR excellence is delivered.
As the first point of contact on people management issues for senior management, first class communication and relationship-building skills are essential, especially as advising, problem-solving and identifying effective and appropriate solutions will be an important part of your role. 

You will be a member of the CIPD, or a graduate member working towards full membership, with a proven background in an HR generalist role. Adaptability and a strong customer focus are essential, along with the ability to influence at senior management level.  You need to be credible have excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to translate this into workable HR solutions and advice.
