RBG Kew Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kew Gardens whose key objective is to maximise revenue through its commercial activities.

We currently have an opportunity within our Events and Venue Hire Team for an Events Co-ordinator to support the sales and operational delivery of private events at Kew Gardens, including weddings and corporate hospitality. From responding to initial inquiries and conducting show-rounds of venues to the planning of the event and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day, you will deliver an excellent standard of customer service for the client and ensure high standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of the sales process and the event itself, as well as consistently meeting deadlines and sales targets.

Previous experience of events sales and / or the operational delivery of events is essential for this role, including the ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must.   

You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
