SALARY PER ANNUM: £42,115 - £49,983 (depending on skills & experience)

In this key role, you will take responsibility for overall management of the planning and delivery of engaging and revenue-building digital content, tailored to prioritised audiences through various digital channels. This exciting opportunity gives you the opportunity to take a crucial role in reshaping as it moves to a new platform and to lead on developing a new approach to content creation. Our digital presence and enticing content underpins key marketing and communication objectives, driving visitor numbers, supporting fundraising and membership and raising awareness of the vital nature of Kew's work. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills to transform audience engagement throughout Kew and ensure that we maximise opportunities to increase the public's understanding and support of Kew's mission.

Educated to degree level, you will have substantial experience of working in an editorial role on a website with a significant online presence as well as a proven track record of leading a team producing high quality digital content. A proven innovator with an in depth and up to date knowledge of current trends and advancement, you will also have excellent knowledge of e-commerce, of driving business growth through content activities and of developing and re-launching websites. The ability to write and edit engaging content for a variety of audiences will also be essential.
