We are looking for someone to join the Technology Portfolio Office, in an interesting and diverse role. You will support and improve the efficient delivery of the Portfolio in line with Kew’s PPM and Best Management Practice™ governance standards on behalf of the business units in Kew, including; Science & Horticulture, Library and Archives, Content and Learning, Finance, HR and IT. You will ensure that the portfolio’s wide-ranging governance activities are co-ordinated and administered efficiently and effectively to support Kew’s five year Rolling Strategic Business Plan, which will result in increased revenue and income.
With a degree or equivalent work experience in a Technology, Engineering, Science or Business subject, you will hold a professional qualification in Project Management such as PRINCE2, P30, MSP or equivalent, and be able to work in a nimble PMO environment. A background in tracking and reporting projects is essential, as is financial and information management of projects.
