This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to join our Commercial Events Team. This is a great time to be joining Kew Enterprises as we are embarking on the development of a new events programme, just one part of a creative and ambitious plan to revitalise the public appeal of Kew. This new post has been created to help develop and deliver our growing programme of commercial public events, including our long-running six-day music festival; Kew The Music.
Reporting to the Head of Venue Hire and Commercial Events, you will take a lead role in the day-to-day management of our existing programme of events, as well as working to identify and develop new opportunities. There will also be opportunities to work with our corporate and private event hire team.
We are looking for someone who is creative and commercially aware, well-organised and enthusiastic with extensive project management experience working on public events in a similar setting.
Starting salary will be £32,640 per annum. Benefits include 26 days holiday per year, a non-contributory pension as well as a great working environment.
