JOB DETAILS:

Kew is the world-leader in plant diversity science, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a major visitor attraction, that shows the importance of plants in all our lives. Kew’s mission is to inspire and deliver science-based plant conservation worldwide, enhancing the quality of life.

Your role will be to provide strategic leadership and management to a dedicated team with the aim of identifying and exploiting sustainable business opportunities within Kew’s areas of specialisation. Whilst monitoring return on investment and alignment with Kew’s key business objectives, you will manage product sets for each market sector ensuring products are built and delivered in a cost effective and timely manner.

An experienced Product Manager, you will have a flair for networking and relating to customers as well as the background and knowledge needed to manage a team effectively. You will also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of how to manage complex collaborative projects.

Product Management is new to Kew and as such, you will use your knowledge, skills and expertise to identify opportunities in line with Kew’s strategic business plan and product management vision.
